You must be at least 18 years of age — or the higher minimum required by your jurisdiction — to register and use b9gme. Accounts opened by ineligible users will be closed and funds may be withheld pending investigation.
All transactions are subject to verification checks. b9gme references familiar Pakistani payment channels for context only; actual available payment methods are detailed in the platform's current payment section and may change without notice.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, game contribution rates, maximum bet limits and expiry windows. Attempting to circumvent bonus conditions — including use of multiple accounts — will result in forfeiture and potential account suspension.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. b9gme will never ask for your password via email or live chat. Report suspected unauthorised access to support immediately.
Collusion, use of automated betting tools (bots), arbitrage abuse, fraud and any form of money laundering are strictly prohibited. b9gme reserves the right to void bets and close accounts where such conduct is identified.
b9gme is not licensed by any Pakistani authority. Players bear sole responsibility for understanding whether accessing the platform is lawful in their location. This is not legal advice — consult local law before participating.
These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") govern the relationship between b9gme ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("User", "you", "your") who accesses, registers with, or otherwise uses any service made available through the b9gme website, mobile interface or associated applications.
By completing the registration process, making a deposit, or placing a bet or wager on the b9gme platform, you confirm that you have read this Agreement in full, that you understand its contents, and that you agree to be legally bound by all provisions herein. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the platform.
b9gme operates under international licensing arrangements. The platform is not licensed, endorsed, regulated or approved by the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan, any provincial authority, or any Pakistani financial institution. Players who access the platform from Pakistan do so at their own discretion and must satisfy themselves that doing so is lawful under applicable local law.
Important Notice for Pakistani Users: Pakistan has gambling restrictions, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977. The legality of online gambling may depend on applicable federal and provincial law. This document does not constitute legal advice. In this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless context requires otherwise:
To register and maintain an account on b9gme, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:
Age Verification: b9gme may request identity documents at any time to verify eligibility. Accounts found to belong to users under the minimum age will be closed immediately and any funds withheld pending investigation in accordance with applicable regulatory guidance.
You must provide accurate, complete and current information during registration. b9gme reserves the right to require re-verification of any information at any time. Providing false information — including a fictitious name, date of birth or address — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in account closure.
Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account. Duplicate accounts will be merged or closed at the operator's discretion, and any bonus funds associated with duplicate accounts may be forfeited.
Before any withdrawal is processed — and in certain cases before a bonus is activated — you will be required to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. This typically requires submission of:

You are solely responsible for the security of your account credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. b9gme staff will never request your password through any channel. Where unauthorised access to your account is suspected, you must notify our support team immediately.
All deposits must be made using payment methods accepted by the Platform at the time of the transaction. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed in the platform's payment section. Deposits are credited to your account wallet upon confirmation of receipt and — where applicable — successful processing by the relevant payment network.
Payment provider names such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah are referenced as familiar Pakistani financial services for contextual purposes only. Their inclusion does not constitute an endorsement of, partnership with, or guarantee of availability through those providers. Actual deposit channels are determined by the operator's current payment infrastructure and may change without notice.
Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification (KYC), active wagering requirement checks, and review by the operator's compliance team. b9gme reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal. Processing times will vary by payment method. Amounts in PKR are indicative; exchange rates or platform conversion mechanics may apply depending on underlying wallet configuration.
Funds derived from bonus wagering that have not completed applicable rollover requirements may not be withdrawn. Bonus funds and real money funds are tracked separately; you should review the current balance breakdown in your account wallet at all times.
Anti-Money Laundering: b9gme maintains anti-money laundering (AML) compliance procedures. Withdrawals must be returned to the same method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible. Any attempt to use the Platform for money laundering will be reported to relevant authorities and the account permanently closed.
All promotional offers made available on the b9gme platform — including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers and VIP tier rewards — are governed by specific bonus terms which supplement this Agreement. Where any conflict exists between a specific bonus's terms and this Agreement, the more restrictive condition shall apply.
Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier will be stated in the relevant promotion's specific terms. As an illustrative example: a bonus of PKR 1,000 subject to a 30× wagering requirement requires total wagers of PKR 30,000 before the bonus balance or any winnings derived from it become withdrawable. These figures are illustrative only — refer to published promotion terms for actual requirements.
Any user found to be exploiting promotions through matched betting, bonus arbitrage, use of multiple accounts, use of automated tools or coordinated abuse will have their account suspended, bonuses forfeited and associated winnings voided. b9gme's decision in such matters is final.
b9gme reserves the right to refuse, limit, void or cancel any bet or wager at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where: the bet was placed on an event affected by manifest error in odds; system or technical errors have occurred; the bet was placed in violation of these Terms; or applicable jurisdictional restrictions require it.
Where odds or game payouts are published due to a manifest clerical, technical or human error, b9gme reserves the right to void any bet placed at the erroneous price and to recalculate results at the correct price. Users will be notified where such corrections affect settled bets.
All sports bets are settled based on official results as declared by the relevant governing body — for cricket, this includes the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB), the International Cricket Council (ICC) and PSL governing authority. For other sports, equivalent official sources apply. b9gme's settlement decisions are final, subject to the formal dispute resolution process described under Section 14.
Account balances and bet stakes are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) where platform support allows. Decimal odds are the default display format. Users may set their odds preference within account settings where available.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the b9gme platform. Engaging in any of the following will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds and may be reported to appropriate legal authorities:
All content on the b9gme platform — including but not limited to trademarks, logos, graphics, software, game mechanics, text and layout — is the proprietary property of b9gme or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access the Platform for personal and recreational use only.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, broadcast, display, publish or otherwise exploit any part of the Platform or its content without the prior written consent of b9gme. Any unauthorised use may result in civil and criminal liability under applicable law.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, b9gme shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss or damage arising from:
Where b9gme's liability cannot be fully excluded under applicable law, total liability shall not exceed the total deposits made by you in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Gambling Risk: Gambling involves the risk of financial loss. b9gme accepts no responsibility for any financial losses incurred through the use of the Platform. Users participate entirely at their own risk.

Users under the age of 18 — or the higher minimum required by the applicable jurisdiction — are strictly prohibited from using the Platform. Adults 18+ only. Local laws may impose higher minimum age requirements or additional restrictions.
b9gme reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its sole discretion and without prior notice where: a violation of these Terms is identified or suspected; KYC verification has not been completed within a required timeframe; regulatory or legal obligations require it; or fraudulent, suspicious or abusive activity is detected.
You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting support via live chat or email. Where a responsible-gambling self-exclusion is the reason for closure, the request will be actioned on a priority basis. Remaining real-money balances (subject to KYC clearance) will be returned to you via your most recently verified payment method within the operator's standard processing window.
Where an account is suspended pending investigation, funds will be held in escrow pending resolution. Where fraud or Terms violations are confirmed, b9gme may withhold some or all funds in accordance with applicable law and operator policy.
b9gme reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via email or via a notification displayed upon next login. The amended Terms shall take effect from the date specified in the notification. Continued use of the Platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The version date displayed at the top of this page indicates when these Terms were last reviewed.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which b9gme holds its operating licence. This Agreement is not governed by Pakistani law, and b9gme does not submit to the jurisdiction of Pakistani courts for the purposes of this Agreement.
In the event of a dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform, you should first contact b9gme's support team to seek informal resolution. If the matter cannot be resolved informally, formal dispute procedures as specified in the operator's licensing terms will apply.
Nothing in this clause affects any statutory rights you may have under the laws applicable to you in your country of residence. Users in Pakistan should note that local courts may decline to hear disputes relating to gambling contracts where such contracts may be unenforceable under Pakistani law. This is not legal advice.
